Greetings Moms and Moms-to-Be! Thank you for visiting our website. Here you will find descriptions of our support groups for pregnant women and new moms, as well as resources we find especially useful. We began coordinating and facilitating these groups as a means for women to share their experiences and develop a community of "Mommy Friends." Some women find themselves feeling isolated during pregnancy and new motherhood. Our structured groups allow women to feel supported while exploring their own feelings and listening to others share openly. Our affordable groups allow all women to participate. These groups make a wonderful gift for a pregnant friend or new mom--or a wonderful gift for YOU!
