Greetings Moms and Moms-to-Be! Thank you for visiting our website. Rhode Island New Moms Connection offers pregnancy groups, new mom groups, and *new* second-time-around groups (for mamas who are pregnant with their second child). It is our mission to provide affordable and accessible groups to women throughout the state. You will find descriptions of our groups on this site as well as resources we find especially useful. Groups are facilitated at various locations. Please email us at info@rinewmoms.com to find the group nearest you!
We began coordinating and facilitating these groups as a means for women to share their experiences and develop a community of "Mommy Friends." Some women find themselves feeling isolated during pregnancy and new motherhood. Our structured groups allow women to feel supported while exploring their own feelings and listening to others share openly. Our affordable groups allow all women to participate. These groups make a wonderful gift for a pregnant friend or new mom--or a wonderful gift for YOU!
